Here in Canada, there were nearly 500 cases in the last decade, that would qualify as such even under the existing provisions of the criminal code.

When the pro-aborts talk about "choice" to get rid of a baby shortly before birth, it's not surprising that the same attitude eventually extends to babies shortly after birth.
